This was the book about beef cattle that turned me into a shepherdess!  I bought Salad Bar Beef by Joel Salatin knowing only two things: 1. I wanted to raise beef cattle and 2. I wanted to make a profit out of it.

Once I finished reading Salad Bar Beef by Joel Salatin my mind had been BLOWN OPEN to the principles of regenerative agriculture and rotational grazing.  In Salad Bar Beef Joel Salatin outlines the principles of regenerative agriculture at such a base level that (I believe) anyone can latch on and become a farmer.

Salad Bar Beef gave me the courage to begin rotational grazing a failing flock of Dorper Sheep.  Using principles outlined in this book I began managing livestock with no previous experience and watched them come back to life!

I am confident you will find this book as inspirational as it is practical!
